The Emerging Leaders Program

November 1 – December 20, 2021

The Emerging Leader Program is a live, virtual experience for Soon-To-Be, New-To-Role, and Early-in Career leaders and managers of all industries. This program is designed for new leaders seeking an interactive leadership program with expert faculty who will cover a range of real-life approaches and tools that you can use immediately to meet the ongoing challenges and opportunities you encounter in your journey as an emerging leader.


Program Structure

  • The Emerging Leaders Program is delivered in a live, virtual format over 7 weeks
  • Monday sessions are live, interactive online classroom conversations. Structured to create discussion & connections, they will also be recorded to provide both flexibility and a learning resource that can be accessed again later.
  • Includes self-assessments, recommended readings, case analysis, and team-based exercises & real-world scenario discussions.
  • Capstone Adaptive Challenge Case Competition & Expert Panel Review.
  • Post Program Virtual Application Workshop – “3 Key Challenges or Questions for Emerging Leaders”.
  • Participants will receive a TCU Emerging Leaders Program Certificate
